Fallen 13 Memorial Flower Garden Square has been delighting visitors in Norco since it opened to the public in September 2021. To bring this iconic Monument to life, it took a lot of volunteers - many hours to bring this to where it is today, with the help of donated materials, private funding and the help of the Shopping Center Owner - Liberio Realty to make this possible.
